Our Story

After meeting during a mutual contracting gig in 2020, Emily and Christine quickly hit it off and became very close friends. It didn't take long for them to realise, not only did their personalities compliment one another, but their skill sets also complimented one another beautifully.

It wasn't long until they began offering their services as a packaged deal, supporting one another's individual businesses as much as they could. Fast forward 3 years later, at a business conference, the lightbulb moment occured. Why not merge the businesses together and properly join forces to create the ultimate operational support agency...and Juniper Road was born.

Christine Longworth

Business Owner & Detail Diva

Based in the Hills District of Sydney, New South Wales, Christine is a business owner and the Director of Finance, Entertainment & Sensibility to a family of four. Christine previously ran her solo contractor business, Juniper Temple, before merging with Emily to create Juniper Road.

Christine loves detail, and loves the challenge of finding errors in documents, social media content and anywhere else mistakes can be made. So proofreading is a passion of hers, and a critical piece of any business puzzle. Christine loves documents. Whether she is editing them, formatting them or stepping right back to the beginning of time by creating document templates - it's her happy place.

Christine (and the team at Juniper Road) provides backend administration to small business owners, solopreneurs and executives who are maybe stretched a little thin, who need to fall back in love with why they got into business (or took that executive role) in the first place and quite possibly, need to find their delicate work-business-life balance.

Emily Grover

Business Owner & Digital Marketing Queen

Also based in the Hills District of Sydney, New South Wales, Emily is a mother to two small humans and wife to 1 larger human. Emily previously ran her business, Linen Road Marketing & Administration before merging with Christine to create Juniper Road.

After completing a Bachelor of Business, double majoring in Marketing and Human Resources, Emily decided that Marketing was where her passion lay. Working in major corporate companies such as Woolworths Group, Inchcape and Serco, Emily's career has given her a broad scope of different industries.

Specialising in Digital Marketing, Emily finds her strength in showing her clients how to take a step back and look at the bigger picture, the wholistic view of a brand's presence in the digital world (and real world). Helping clients create strategic marketing plans for their business and identifying areas of opportunity to improve their reach and engagement.
